Every time I open my phone with Face ID, get a Netflix suggestion that actually fits my mood, or use ChatGPT/Grok/Claude to summarize a meeting or brainstorm—I realize something:

AI isn’t the future.

It’s already here. Quietly reshaping our day-to-day lives, one task at a time.

That’s when I remembered the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)—a framework I studied years ago that now makes more sense than ever.

TAM says that people accept and adopt technology based on two key things:

  • PU (Perceived Usefulness): Will this make my life or work better?

  • PEOU (Perceived Ease of Use): Can I use this without feeling overwhelmed?

Often at Myoozz, we’ve been experimenting with AI for content creation, event logistics, data organization, and even pitch deck brainstorming or writing. What started as curiosity has now become habit—because the tools feel useful and easy to use.

Our clients in real estate, hospitality, and even government-linked institutions have started embracing AI in their workflows—automating reports, generating social media campaigns, and creating personalized user journeys. Not because they’re AI experts. But because they see the value, and the tech is finally simple enough to plug in and play.

Even on a personal level, I’ve seen friends—non-techies—use AI to make social media posts, wedding cards, plan vacations, manage home budgets, and help their kids with school projects.

So here’s the insight:

When AI passes the TAM test for people—they’ll adopt it naturally.

As business leaders, our job is no longer just about introducing tech. It’s about helping people believe in its usefulness and trust its ease.

Because tech doesn’t transform lives or businesses—adopted tech does.

And AI, when viewed through the TAM lens, becomes less intimidating and more inviting.

What’s one way AI has slipped into your routine without you even noticing?
